Catherine Orem, Middle Tennessee Community Employment Consultant
Catherine Orem joined CDE in December 2005 as Community Employment Consultant for Middle Tennessee. Prior to joining CDE, she served individuals with disabilities in several capacities with an emphasis in the field of deafness and autism. She has worked with both children in early intervention programs and adolescents as a TSW case manager. A native of West Virginia, she has a BA in Psychology from West Virginia University and completed the Orientation to Deafness Program with the University of Tennessee. She also served for nine years in the Air National Guard as a nurse and is a Desert Storm veteran.
